Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is from 2pm, and check out prior to 10am.

Late checkout may be available subject to a fee. Late Check-in is available by after hours security box. Please contact reception to be advised of late arrival information.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, all rooms require a $200 security deposit which may be held by your bank on departure for 5-7 working days.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, definitely, please advise reception of your late arrival, and information regarding how to get your keys will be given to you. Don’t worry, there is an after hours answering service available to contact if you have any questions.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late checkout may be available subject to availability.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Your card will be charged in full on day of arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made i.e. Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS)

Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday to Friday: 8am – 7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 6pm

Public Holidays: 10am – 4pm

Yes, our team is more than happy to assist with any tour bookings.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, high speed WiFi is included in your room rate, you will be given a code for the duration of your stay. The code will be available for up to 4 devices and can be used simultaneously. Download limits apply.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, secure car parking is available onsite. This must be pre-booked via reception. Daily or weekly fees apply.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes it certainly is, all you need is yourself and some food if you wish to cook.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Our rooms are serviced weekly unless arranged otherwise.

Q: Can I have my room serviced more frequently?

Rooms can be serviced as often as you like. A servicing fee applies per service outside the standard weekly service.

Q: How close is Suncorp Stadium & The Gabba?

The Royal Brisbane busway is directly opposite us, with buses connecting directly to Suncorp stadium and The Gabba.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are a number of local cafés close to Annexe Apartments.

There is a petrol station 200m away, and Fortitude Valley and China Town just minutes away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, directly across the road.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Brisbane Showgrounds, Suncorp Stadium, Victoria Park Driving Range and Putt Putt, QPAC and many more! 

Q: How far away is Brisbane CBD?

Less than 3km to the centre of Brisbane. All inner city suburbs are easy to access via bus, train, taxi or car.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The closest supermarket is IGA Express, located just 850m away on Campbell Street. Woolworths is 2km away and Coles can deliver to the hotel. Please use the address 9-11 Walden Lane, Herston, 4006. Please advise reception you are waiting on a delivery, and if it requires placing in the fridge/freezer prior to your arrival.
