Reservation full payment will be taken on the morning of your arrival.

A a pre-authorisation bond ($200 frozen security bond) will be processed upon check-in on a valid credit card matching the reservation details. Security bonds will not be accepted in cash. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX incurs a 2% surcharge and Diners incurs a 3% surcharge of the total amount.

All guests are required to provide photo identification matching the reservation details prior to checking in. It is the responsibility of the guest to contact Annexe Apartments if arriving outside of reception hours – Monday to Friday (OPEN: 8am-7pm) and Saturday & Sunday (OPEN: 8am-6pm), Public Holidays (OPEN: 10am-4pm) to organise an after hours check-in. Requests are honoured where available, but are not guaranteed.

Annexe Apartments enforces a strict no noise/no party policy and upholds a zero tolerance to excessive noise. In the interest of the comfort of residents and guests Annexe Apartments does not permit any parties to be held in the apartments under any circumstances. A fee of $50.00 applies to the registered guest of the offending apartment each time the on-site management is required to manage a breach of the No Noise/No Party Policy.

Annexe Apartment’s management reserve the right to call the Queensland Police Service to quell any disturbance within the building, and evict any persons exceeding the registered number of guests between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Parking at Annexe Apartments must be pre-booked. At no time, are you to park in a spot that has a reserved sign. The upper level is a maximum 3 hour parking as signed. A breach of either of these may result in your car being towed. Annexe Apartments are not responsible for any car towed due to being incorrectly parked for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation amendments and cancellations are accepted with no penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. No reservation amendments, cancellations, refunds or credits are accepted within 24 hours of arrival.
